Have your gowns been worn before? None of our gowns have been worn before. All our gowns and accessories
are new or shop samples.
Are appointments required? Yes and no! We do our best to accommodate all customers who walk into our boutique, however, booked appointments do take priority over walk-ins. If you would like to come visit us, please call in advance to assure you have a room and a consultant to help you try on these beautiful gowns. Same day appointments are often available but not guaranteed. Please see our Contact page for store hours.
Do you carry only Bridal gowns? No! We also carry Bridal accessories such as veils, belts and bridal jewelry.
Do you offer any storage of any kind? We can store your gown up to 30 days from original date of purchase.
Do you offer any payment options? Yes! You can put a deposit down on a gown equal to or greater than 50% at the time of purchase. Gowns must be pick up and paid off within 30 days of initial deposit/purchase.
Can I consign a used or new gown with Bestow? We do not offer consignment services.
Do you offer alterations on site? We do not offer alterations services but can refer to you several highly qualified seamstresses in the Austin area.
Can I return an item or exchange and item purchased at Bestow? No, due to the delicate nature of our products, all sales are final.
